The mission of myX, Inc. is to provide an online community where consumers can easily buy and sell goods efficiently at an affordable listing price. Our company intends to lead this industry by keeping our clients informed of our offerings through web updates, news, and future blogs. Our goal is to provide an avenue for everyone to own the most sought-after merchandise at economical prices, while adopting practices that are good for profits, as well as for people and the planet.

Who we are...

Elizabeth, a Michigan native, is 100% “fashionista” who has been immersed in the world of fashion for the past 15 years. With an extensive network of fashion-minded consumers, Elizabeth has been a huge contributor to the style of the myXjeans.com website. MyXjeans.com, the newest venture from myX, Inc., has been the most recently worked on project for Elizabeth. Contributing to the launch of this online community has been a natural from the beginning. Innate fashion-mindedness coupled with her great sense of style has driven Elizabeth to help successfully create the myXjeans.com online community.

Erica, a life-long Michigander, has pondered and experienced many business ideas. Business ownership has been ingrained in her from the beginning. It started shortly after college graduation (go Spartans) by putting her horticulture degree to use by constructing a greenhouse that sold bedding plants to local nurseries. It has continued with the co-ownership of a successful computer security business, wearing the hats of CFO and HR coordinator. After receiving her Master’s Degree in Accounting from Oakland University she started an accounting business that provides bookkeeping and tax services to local business. Life just wasn’t full enough so she spawned the idea for myX jeans. (With the prompting of her husband who of course wanted to find that perfect on-line business). She was taken aback by the pricey-ness of designer jeans and realized there needs to be a way that everyone can afford the jeans they want and love. She believes that there is currently a strong demand for fine quality denim without the large price tag.

Lara, a Michigan native, finished her BA Degree in Journalism/Advertising at Oakland University in 1995.

Next followed 13 years in ad agencies and commercial print shops gaining experience in marketing, advertising, PR, employee management, project management, ISO quality processes, Ecommerce and much more. Three years of the 13 were spent in Charlotte, North Carolina and led to valuable experience in all things printed on paper.

Over her business years, Lara has been promoted in all positions held. Currently, she is the Operations Manager at a Network Security Consulting Company located in the Detroit area.

MyXjeans.com, the newest venture from myX, Inc., has been the most recently worked on project for Lara. Contributing to the launch of this online community has been a labor of love and a challenge that has led to the successful birth of a new ecommerce phenomenon.

Paul, a Michigan native, finished his Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University in 1995.

Paul was a small business owner since high school, leading a successful group of landscapers for many satisfied customers. After college, next followed several years in the landscape design arena. During the winter months in Michigan, Paul began teaching himself the world of network security, computer programming and coding. The following three years reflected on his self-taught abilities by gaining employment in the information security field for leading security companies including Netrex Security Solutions and Compuware.

No stranger to business ownership, Paul started a Network Security Consulting firm in 1999. The growth of the company has been in measured steps as more security resources have joined the company. As a company they are deep in technical competency and experience.

MyXjeans.com, the newest venture from myX, Inc., has been the most recently worked on project for Paul. Contributing to the launch of this online community has been a natural from the beginning. Innate leadership abilities coupled with his Network Security background has driven Paul to help successfully create the myXjeans.com online community.
